Another N’ganj NGO office fire victim dies

An NGO employee who suffered burn injuries in a fire incident at a Fatullah NGO office died at Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) on Monday, raising the death toll from the incident to five, reports UNB.
DMCH sources said Mizanur Rahman (40), a field officer of Society for Social Service and son of Tajul Islam, succumbed to his injuries at the burn unit of the hospital around 2:40 pm.
Five people suffered severe burn injuries as a blast took place at the NGO office on the ground floor of a four-storey building at Panchabati under Fatullah thanain Narayanganj district on March 15.
