Another suspect in Sirajganj AL leader murder case killed

Another suspect of killing a local Awami League leader was found dead in Sirajganj Sadar upazila on Friday. The deceased was identified as Jahangir Alam, 30, of Tentulia area under Sadar upazila of the district. Locals noticed his body lying at a filed. The body, bearing a mark of bullet injury, was sent to Sadar Hospital for autopsy today. Miscreants hacked to death Awami League leader Saiful Islam, 42, of Baoitara village of the upazila on December 30 at Chhatiyantali Puratan Bazar after calling him out of his house. Saiful Islam was the party’s upazila unit sports affairs secretary, according to bdnews24.com.
