Thursday, 10 July 2014
Thirty six year old Md. Manjur Hossain, a chemistry teacher at the Barisal Government Women's College, has been diagnosed as having liver cancer. He is now under treatment of Prof. Zulfiqar Rahman at the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University.
Manjur has already exhausted all his savings and funds borrowed from relatives and friends on the treatment of the disease. He needs liver transplantation that would cost him at least Tk. 5.0 million. Without the financial help from the affluent and kind people it would not be possible on his part to meet such a large expenditure. So, Manjur has made an appeal to all to send financial contributions to Savings Account no. 127-101-134399 with Dutch-Bangla Bank, Barisal and help him survive. Cell phones: 01912235141, 01912782642
