Arambagh KS beat Ctg Abahani 4-3

Arambagh KS beat Chittagong Abahani by 4-3 goals in the lone match of the Citycell Bangladesh League at the Bangabandhu National Stadium (BNS) in the city Wednesday, reports UNB.
With this result, Arambagh KS secured 24 points to join Muktijoddha Sangsad KC (P-24-M-21) in the 5th position while Chittagong Abahani remained at 18 points, both playing 22 matches.
In the day's match, Kenyan striker Nicodemus struck twice in the 35th and 72nd minutes while veteran striker Alfaz Ahmed scored one goal from penalty in the 61st minute for Arambagh.
Nigerian striker Subair Muhammed Omobolaji netted the other goal for Arambagh three minutes before the long whistle.
Mithun scored two goals - in the 51st and 89th minutes - while Sakhawat Hossain Ronny netted the other goal for Chittagong Abahani in the 80th minute.
