Arms, ammo recovered: 2 arrested

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) personnel arrested two people along with a firearm and one round of bullet in Jessore Sadar Upazila on Thursday. RAB-6 identified the arrestees as Abdur Rahman, son of late Liakat Ali, and Sajan, son of Israil of Chachra Raipara area. Being tipped off, a RAB-6 team conducted a drive in Chachra Raipara and arrested Abdur Rahman along with a shutter gun and a bullet. Following his confessional statement, the elite force arrested Sajan from the area, according to a news agency.
