Army chief for coop among Asia Pacific nations

Chief of Army Staff General Iqbal Karim Bhuiyan on Sunday underscored the need for cooperation among the nations in the Asia Pacific and Indian Ocean regions to deal with common threats they face. He made the remarks while delivering his welcome speech at the opening session of the four-day 34th Pacific Armies Management Seminar (PAMS) that began at a city hotel in the morning, according to a news agency.
