ASEAN diplomats visit BIAC office

Members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Dhaka Committee comprising the envoys of ASEAN countries visited the Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) and International Chamber of Commerce, Bangladesh (ICCB) in the city on Sunday.
They paid the visit at the invitation of ICCB President Mahbubur Rahman, who briefed them about the activities of the ICCB and functions of the BIAC, says a statement.
ICCB Vice-President Rokia A. Rahman was also present on the occasion.
The members of the ASEAN Committee are Myanmar Ambassador and Chairman of the committee Lwin Oo, Indonesian Ambassador Rina P. Soemarno, Malaysian High Commissioner Nur Ashikin binti Mohd Taib, Philippines Ambassador Vicente Vivencio T.
Bandillo, Acting High Commissioner of Brunei Wan Hadsic Lutsan bin Haji Abd Latif, Charge d' Affaires of Vietnam Tran Bao Son, and Consul of Singapore William Chik.
