Ashraf blames BNP for creating anarchy in name of movement

JOYPURHAT, Nov 9 (BSS) : Awami League General Secretary and LGRD and Cooperatives Minister Syed Ashraful Islam, MP, today blamed BNP for creating anarchy across the country in the name of anti-government movement by failing to avail the election train.
"The people of the country would not accept the BNP's conspiracy...they are ready to give a befitting reply to the conspiracy for the sake of peace and stability," he said while speaking at the triennial conference of district Awami League at Joypurhat Stadium as the chief guest.
Referring to the last January 5 general elections, he said the elections were held under constitutional obligation. "The continuity of democracy would have been hampered if the elections were not held on time," he added.
