Asia Pacific AGM approves 10pc stock dividend

The ninth annual general meeting (AGM) of Asia Pacific General Insurance Company Limited has approved 10 per cent stock dividend.
The AGM was held in the city Wednesday, said a press release.
Vice Chairman of the company Aftabul Islam presided over the meeting.
Directors, Managing Director Shah Abul Kashem and senior executives of the company were also present at the AGM.
The officials of the company expressed satisfactions over the growth of the company in spite of world recession and in house obstacle.
