BNP joint secy gen Sohel urges activists

NAOGAON, Aug 11(BSS): BNP Joint Secretary General Habib Un Nabi Khan Sohel has urged BNP leaders and activists to help the interim government for maintaining law and order situation in the country.
"We will stand by minorities for their safety and security as all people will live peacefully in the country," he made the comments while speaking at his party leaders and activists at BNP Naogaon District office on Sunday.
He said, "The BNP is fighting for 16 years to oust the Awami League government, but we could not do so. The anti-discrimination student movement forced the Awami League government to step down."
