Ataul Haque's 34th death anniv today

The 34th anniversary of death of a freedom fighter of Bangladesh Navy Lt AM Ataul Haque today (Wednesday), said a press release.
He joined the Royal Indian Navy in 1945.
Ataul Haque, who fought for Bangladesh's liberation as personnel of Bangladesh Navy, passed away due to a cardiac arrest on February 23 in 1977.
After the Liberation of Bangladesh, he discharged responsibility of acting Chief of Bangladesh Navy until April, 1972.
