Atlas Bangladesh Ltd approved 75 per cent cash dividend and one bonus share against each three ordinary shares for the fiscal 2008-2009 at its 25th annual general meeting (AGM) held at Tongi in Gazipur Thursday.
The company earned a pre-tax net profit of Tk 297.5 million (Tk 29.75 crore) during the year.
Mohammad Abu Hafiz, chairman of the board of directors of the company, presided over the AGM.
