Attack on ASA man condemned

The ASA governing and general bodies have condemned and expressed concern over the terrorist attack on ASA's official at Nawabpur in old Dhaka Monday, says a press release. A gang of miscreants intruded into the ASA branch and shot and critically injured manager of the office Md Abdul Halim.
The ASA governing and general bodies demanded exemplary punishment to the perpetrators. They said, if the law and order authority does not check such heinous incidents, poverty alleviation and microfinance activities would be greatly threatened. They urged the government for proper investigation into the incident and early apprehension of the miscreants.
