Apparently caught in a whirlwind of procrastination, charge framing in the August 21 grenade attack murder case has again been deferred to Sept 24, reports bdnews24.com.
Judge Md Mazdar Hossain of Dhaka's number 1 Speedy Trial Tribunal Wednesday pushed back the date for the fifth time.
Special public prosecutor (PP) Firoz Qamrul Hasan told the news agency that on the next date, there would be no excuse entertained for delaying the hearing any more.
