The Australian share market has opened flat after Wall Street failed to provide any strong leads overnight. At 10.10am AEST today, the benchmark SP/ASX200 index was 6.6 points, or 0.12 per cent, lower at 5,539.5, while the broader All Ordinaries index was down 6.7 points, or 0.12 per cent, at 5,540.2. On the ASX 24, the September share price index futures contract was six points lower at 5,541, with 14,461 contracts traded, according to skynews.com.
