Auto-rickshaw driver found dead in Sylhet

SYLHET, June 6 (UNB): An auto-rickshaw driver was found dead at Tukerkandi village in Biswanath Upazila of the district Thursday.
The dead is Swapan Jahangir (27), son of Imanul Haque of Alunia village under Faridganj Upazila of Chandpur district.
Police said acting on a tip-off, police recovered the body from the bank of the Basia river and sent it to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
Family members of the deceased said Jahangir went to Biswanath with passengers on Wednesday night and since then he had remained missing.
