Automobile workshop zone to be set up with modern facilities

The government plans to set up an 'Automobile Workshop Zone' with modern facilities in the capital city to ensure quality services to clients apart from easing traffic congestion in city to some extent, reports UNB.

Some 327 automobile workshops, including a modern Training Centre, will also be set up on 20 acres at city's Aminbazar.

The government, at the same time, will take all necessary steps to bring all operational workshops across the country under 'mandatory membership' net to bring discipline within the sector.
