Azmir\'s double ton guides Agrani Bank to win

Agrani Bank Cricket Club opener Azmir Ahmed dazzled with an unbeaten double-century of 222 for a 186-run victory against Udayachal Club in the super league stage match of the Dhaka First Division Cricket League at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) Ground 4, Savar on Tuesday, reports UNB.
Sent in to bat first, Agrani Bank collected 383/5 in 50 overs, where Azmir hammered 16 boundaries and 16 over boundaries for his double-ton off 168 balls.
Chasing 384 runs, Udayachal Club finished at 197/6 in 50 overs, including Inranuzzaman's unbeaten century of 102 runs.
In the other league matches, Rupganj Tigers Cricket Club (321/7 in 50 overs) defeated Kalindi Krira Chakra (116/10 in 34.5 overs) by 205 runs at Jahangirnagar University Ground, while Orient Sporting Club (248/6 in 50 overs) secured a 49-run win against Surjo Torun Club (199/9 in 50 overs) at Khan Saheb Osman Ali Stadium-outer (KSOAS), and Kakrail Boys Club (216/5 in 35.5 overs) outplayed Shinepukur Cricket Club(215/6 in 50 overs) by 5 wickets at BKSP Ground 3.
