BAF copter escapes accident

CHITTAGONG, Jul 21: A helicopter of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) made emergency landing in Mirsarai upazila's Durgapur village on Tuesday afternoon. The copter developed a technical fault in the engine as it was flying from Dhaka to Chittagong. It landed at around 5.00 pm as the engine of the copter gave fire warning. The incident occurred near the Mohamaya Lake. A helicopter of Bangladesh Army came to the rescue, said Wing Commander Forhad of the Air Force.
