Inter-base Small Arms Firing Competition of the Bangladesh Air Force held at the BAF Base at Paharkanchanpur in Tangail concluded Thursday, said a press release.
BAF Base Paharkanchanpur team emerged champions with 204 points out of 225 points while BAF Base Matiur Rahman team became runners-up.
Flight Lieutenant Rahat of BAF Base Kurmitola team was adjudged the best shooter of the tourney. He scored 49 points in Chinese rifle firing and 32 points in pistol firing.
Assistant Chief of Air Staff" (Maintenance) Air Commodore Mazhar attended the closing ceremony as the chief guest and later, gave away prizes to the winners.
