Bahrain keen to import goods, RMG from Bangladesh

Bahrain is keen to import Bangladeshi readymade garments (RMG), frozen fish, vegetables, spices and food items. The Bahraini businessmen expressed their interest when a delegation of Saudi-Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SBCCI) visited Bahrain and met some leading businessmen of the country recently.
The SBCCI delegates met First Vice Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chairman of Trafco Group Ebrahim Zainal, Managing Director of Al Jazeera Group Mohammed Sadiq Dawani, Director of Arabian Exhibition Management Company Fawzi Al Shehabi, Chief Executive of Bahrain Exhibition and Convention Authority Mohammed Fathalla Mohammed and other business people.
SBCCI President Enayet Karim, former secretary of Bangladesh government Lutfar Rahman Talukder and Charge d'Affaires of Bangladesh embassy in Bahrain Masudur Rahman, among others, were present.
