Bailey bridge in Faridpur opened

FARIDPUR, Feb 9 (BSS): Overseas Employment & Expatriates Welfare Minister Engineer Khondoker Mosharraf Hossain said the nation has forged an unprecedented unity like 1971 by rejecting the verdict of Jamaat leader Abdul Kader Molla for his misdeed during our Liberation War. The Minister made the comment while inaugurating a 91-meter long steel made Bailey Bridge on the River Kumar on Friday in the town which connects two important markets of the district town bringing an end to the sufferings of the town dwellers the Minister express the comments. It may be mentioned here that the bridge was thoroughly reconstructed by the R&H department at an estimated cost of Taka 2 crore 30 lakh with an attractive design that fulfilled the long felt demand of the people.
