Ban condoles death of BD peacekeeper

UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon has expressed deep shock at the death of Bangladeshi peacekeeper Lt Col M Tawhid-Ul-Mulk in Ivory Coast. In a condolence message handed over to Bangladesh Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Dr AK Abdul Momen, the UN Chief prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed his sincere sympathy to the bereaved family members, said a media release issued from New York on Thursday, according to a news agency.
