Bangladesh A team took a 59-run lead over Karnataka Cricket Association on the 2nd day of their 3-day match at Srikantadatta Narasimha Raja Wadeyar ground in Mysore, Karnataka, on Wednesday. Replying to Bangladesh’s first innings total 158 runs, hosts Karnataka CA resumed the first innings with overnight 163 for 6 in 49 overs and were all out for 287 in 92.3 overs against superb bowling by Shuvagata Hom and Saqlain Sajib, who shared eight wickets.
SA Bhavane, who was in batting with 55 runs, played an entertaining innings of 88 runs off 175 balls featuring 13 fours and two sixes while another night-watch batsman Jagadeesha Suchith (14) contributed 41 runs off 115 balls, hitting five boundaries.Besides, lower order batsman Udit Patel added 60-ball 40 runs with three fours and three sixes.
