The agreement was signed at a simple ceremony at Bangladesh embassy in Washington DC, according to a message received here Saturday.
The purpose of the agreement is to establish an educational exchange programme between the government of Bangladesh and AIBS, an association of Universities and Institutes interested in Bangladesh studies, which will contribute to a better understanding of Bangladesh in USA.
