Bangladesh beat Hyderabad 40-26 goals, local eves concede 13-27 defeat against tourists

Bangladesh Handball Fede-ration men's team earned a facile 40-26 goals victory over Hyderabad men's team in the second friendly match at the National Indoor Stadium in Mirpur Thursday, reports UNB.
This was the successive victory for the local men's team against the tourists after Bangladesh Rifles earned comfortable 31-23 goals victory over the Hyderabad men's team in the first friendly match Wednesday.
But the touring Hyderabad women's team recorded their second consecutive win beating Bangladesh Handball Federation women's team by 27-13 goals after dominating the first half 14-6 at the same venue on the same day.
Shoujania, Bhanaza and Luxmi scored six goals each for the winners while Dalia contributed five goals and Jahanara four for the losers.
The visiting women's team started their Bangladesh campaign on a winning note beating national women handball champions BJMC by 22-15 goals.
The Hyderebad men's and women's handball teams, which arrived here Tuesday night on invitation of the Bangladesh Handball Federation to play some friendly matches here, will return home today (Friday).
