Bangladesh earns Tk 41.59b from fish export in last fiscal

Bangladesh earned Tk 41.59 billion (US$ 534.90 million) by exporting 84.904.50 metric tonnes of different kinds of fishes in the last fiscal year (2012-13), which was less than the previous two years. Fisheries and Livestock Minister Md. Sayedul Haq informed this in Parliament in a written answer to a question of Jatiya Party MP Nurul Islam Milon (Comilla-8). — UNB
