Bangladesh face Nepal today

CHITTAGONG, Mar 17 (BSS): Motivated Bangladesh take on Nepal in their second group A qualifying round match of the ICC World Cup T20 schedule will be held today (Tuesday) at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium here.
The match kicks off at 7:30 pm.
The Tigers already crossed the major hurdle on way to their second round as they blew away Afghanistan by nine wickets in their opening qualifying round match. The win against Nepal will mean Bangladesh will almost qualify for the super ten stage.
The victory against Afghanistan was cry needed for Bangladesh to boost up their performance in the ongoing World Cup after a frustrating show in the home series against Sri Lanka and five- nation Asia Cup.
All the three departments of team Bangladesh put up an excellent performance against Afghanistan and Bangladesh team are hoping to carry out their performance to their remaining group matches.
Though Nepal are comparatively weaker side than Bangladesh, but Mushfiq not to take it Nepal lightly as the young team have couple of talented players.
Despite a poor performance in warm-up matches, The Himalaya Kingdoms team fought back in tournament crushing Hong Kong by 80 runs in their qualifying round opening match.
Bangladesh will play their last qualifying round match against Hong Kong while Nepal will meet Afghanistan on March 20 at the same venue.
