Bangladesh face South Africa in the 3nd and last ODI of the Warid Cricket Series (today) Friday at the Mirpur Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium (SBNS) with the hope of restoring some losing pride, reports UNB.
The match is scheduled to start at 9:30 am.
After winning the series 2-0 the Proteas spent Thursday with ease, while the Tigers did net practice at the match ground.
Bangladesh trail 0-2 in the series losing the first ODI by nine wickets in Chittagong and 2nd ODI by seven wickets at SBNS in the city.
Bangladesh have a record of winning one out ten ODI encounters with South Africa. In the last World Cup, Bangladesh had inflicted a 67-run defeat on South Africa in a super-eight match held in Guyana.
Bangladesh skipper Mohammad Ashraful told reporters Thursday that they would play positive cricket against South Africa and try to bounce back in the last match.
