Bangladesh face Sri Lanka in SAFF U-16 Championship today

Bangladesh under-16 team will start their SAFF U-16 Championship campaign when they face Sri Lanka in their group A opening match scheduled to be held today (Tuesday) at the Sylhet District Stadium in Sylhet, reports BSS.
The match kicks off at 5 pm.
In the remaining group match, Bangladesh will meet defending champions India scheduled to be held on Thursday (Aug13) at the same venue.
India already are in comfortable position with a thumping 5-0 goal victory over Sri Lanka in their group opening match held on Sunday while Sri Lanka must have to win their second match against Bangladesh with a big margin to keep their semifinal hope alive.
