Bangladesh in Group A in AFC Challenge Cup

Bangladesh has been placed in Group A of the AFC Challenge Cup 2010 along with Tajikistan, Myanmar and Sri Lanka, reports UNB.
The eight-nation second string Asian Soccer meet will be held in the Sri Lankan capital of Colombo from February 16-27.
Defending champions India has been put in tough Group B with DPR Korea (North Korea), Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
The grouping of the AFC Challenge Cup was held at the Galadari Hotel in Colombo Monday. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semifinals.
The champions of the AFC Challenge Cup 2010 as well as India, the champions of 2008, will automatically play the AFC Asian Cup 2011 to be held in Doha, Qatar.
