Bangladesh National Ins approves 12pc cash dividend

Bangladesh National Insurance Company Limited approved 12% cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2019. The dividend was approved in its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on virtually by using Digital Platform recently. The meeting approved the company's audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2019. Abdul Baset Majumder, Chairman of the company presided over the meeting. — Statement
