Bangladesh score 273 for 7 in 1st innings against Pakistan

Ashraful Aziz and Rony Talukdar hit fifties as visiting Bangladesh Under-19 team made a good start in the four-day match against Pakistan U-19 team scoring 273 for 7 in 86.1 overs in the first innings on the first day at the National Stadium in Karachi.
Sent into bat first, Ashraful scored 77 runs off 133 balls with 11 fours while Rony made 52 not out off 85 balls with six fours.
Tail-ender Dollar Mahmud was the other batsman who remained unbeaten on 17.
Mithun Ali 41, Mahmudul Hassan 31 and Nasir Hossain 19 were the other notable scorers.
Ramiz was the most impressive of the Pakistan bowlers picking up three wickets for 57 runs.
