Bangladesh takes part in Hong Kong House Ware Fair

Bangladesh participated in Hongkong House Ware Fair-2009 held in Hongkong Convention and Exhibition Center from April 20 to 23. The Bangladesh pavilion was in Hall No-07 where Bangladesh, India, China mainland, Iran's pavilions were set up.
A total of 35 countries participated in the fair, says a press release.
Bangladesh took part in the fair under the umbrella of Export Promotion Bureau (EPB) in close and active support from Consul General of Bangladesh in Hongkong.
A 10-member Bangladesh team participated in the fair. EPB represented the Bangladesh pavilion.
Bangladesh received confirmed and prospective orders worth US$ 7,00,000.00 ($ seven hundred thousand).
