Bangladesh to play against China today

Bangladesh will play against hosts China in a 5th to 8th place classification deciding match of the 16th Asian Games Hockey today (Tuesday) at the Aoti Hockey Field in Guangzhou, reports UNB.
Earlier, Bangladesh was eliminated from the main battle for the title, after losing to Japan 1-3, a humiliating 0-9 defeat against India, and a 1-6 defeat against Pakistan, after beating Hong Kong by 7-3 goals.
Bangladesh will play another position deciding classification match against Japan or Oman on Thursday (Nov 25) at the same venue.
In the semifinals today (Tuesday), Pakistan will meet Korea while India will encounter Malaysia.
