Bangladesh wins bronze in handball, beats Nepal 42-11

Bangladesh won the bronze medal in the 11th SA Games Handball outplaying Nepal by 42-11 goals in the third place deciding match at the newly constructed Handball Stadium Friday afternoon, reports UNB.
Bangladesh dominated the first half by 23-5 goals.
Two traditional rivals India and Pakistan will play the final on Saturday at 3 pm at the same venue.
Earlier, Afghanistan finished 5th in the six-team fray beating Sri Lanka by 47-27 goals in a place-deciding match Friday morning. The winners led the first half 20-11.
