Bangladeshi cattle trader killed by BSF

JOYPURHAT, July 10 (UNB): A Bangladeshi cattle trader was shot dead by Indian Border Security Forces (BSF)on Hatkhola frontier in Panchbibi upazila here Monday midnight. The dead was identified as Shahidul,25, son of Abbasuddin of Nandail village. BDR sources said when Shahidul reached near sub pillar no. 279/5 of the border at midnight BSF members fired three rounds of bullet towards him, killing him on the spot. They also took away the body. BDR members have been kept on alert along all borders of the district.
