Bangladeshi co to invest $21.031m in Ishwardi EPZ

M/s. Sunman Industrial Corporation Limited, a Bangladeshi company, will invest $21.031 million (about Tk 1.47 billion) in Ishwardi EPZ, says a press release.
The company will make textile products (weaving, dyeing). It will also create employment opportunity for 2234 persons including 12 foreign nationals. This industrial unit is a sister concern of Sunman Group.
An agreement was signed in this connection between the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA) and the M/s Sunman Industrial Corporation Ltd in the city's BEPZA Complex Monday.
Member (Investment Promotion) of BEPZA Prasanta Bhushan Barua and Managing Director of M/s. Sunman Industrial Corporation Ltd Abdul Mannan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
