Bangladeshi held with Tk 0.4m hundi money in India

Indian immigration police arrested a Bangladeshi man in possession of Tk 0.4 million (400,000) hundi money at Petrapole check post, opposite to Benpole border on Thursday afternoon. The arrested is Lokman Hossain, 40, a border man of a C&F agent and son of Abdus Samad of Kajpukur village of Sarsa upazila of Jessore district. Acting on secret information, a team of India's Petrapole immigration police arrested Lokman and recovered Tk 400,000 hundi money from his possession around 6pm, Benapole Check Post Immigration police said, according to UNB.
