Friday, 7 November 2014

Yet another Bangladeshi, suspected to be a burglar, has been lynched by a mob in a Tripura border village in Sepahijala district.
The incident occurred on the early hours of Friday, police said.
The victim has been identified as Ershad Miah, 30, a resident of the Aranyapur village in Chawkbazar under Comilla.
This is the second such attack in nine days resulting in the death of a Bangladeshi national in the Indian state of Tripura.
The incident comes close on the heels of the killing of two suspected Bangladeshi cattle-lifters by villagers in the Khowai district of Tripura, according to a news agency.
