Bangladeshi musician Zayed Hassan heading towards Linkin Park\\\'s Studio

Zayed Hassan, a Bangladeshi independent composer is going to work with Linkin Park’s at Red Bull Studios in Los Angeles. The legendary band, who has dominated the rock music lovers for over decades, what can they do with Zayed Hassan? Zayed is going there by winning an one-day workshop ticket. It was the grand prize of “StageLight Monthly Music Contest”! The contest was organised by Opens Labs, Linkin Park,Guitar Center with other partners like- ARTURIA, Audio-Technica USA, Big Fish Audio, Blue Microphones, Dell, Fishman, Focusrite, JBL Professional, IK Multimedia, MVP Loops, UVI. Zayed will spent a day with the legedary band Linkin Park and learn as many things as he can to hone the skill he already has!
The yearly contest started from July 2014 and in every month one musician was elected to be the best from all the monthly entries, based on the monthly genre and with the votes by the members of Linkin Park Underground. Zayed failed to make it to the list in first three months. But his story turned out in the last month, June’15! His collaboration with “Pewee in the Garage”, an Indonesian indie singer was selected by the LPU member in June’15. For every monthly winner, there were total gifts of studio instruments worth more than $3,000. But there was only one winner for the final phase. And it was Linkin Park who were to pick the best among the final 12 contestants from all over the world! The prize of the grand winner is a day at the Red Bull Studios in Los Angeles with Linkin Park in October of 2015 and a hybrid computer by Dell! All the associated costs of the trip will be sponsored by the organizing companies.

Zayed Hassan has been making music for long time. He is an independent artist who shares his works on online platforms for free listening. He collaborates with artists around the world. The song which won the grand prize in “StageLight Monthly Music Contest” was a collaboration with the Indonesian artist Hana, whom he met on SoundCloud.
Zayed say, “Whenever my compositions reach to the listeners, their opinions give me the such pleasure! And when I heard Linkin Park picked me- it was something so surreal and nothing can beat that feeling!” According to him, it was the best achievement for him so far! In this contest there participants from not only India and Pakistan, but throughout the world! And our Zayed Hassan beat them all! Congratulations!
Linkin Park confirmed the winner by announcing it on their verified social media platforms and their website. They created a video with Zayed’s reaction after hearing the result, which went viral in minutes!
Zayed Hassan is working with many projects at this moment. Soon he will share his latest collaborations with his followers and fans. He says, “I’m always busy experimenting with sounds! And I absolutely love doing it!”
