Bangladeshi student shines at Novartis BioCamp

Kazi Ali Tahzeeb, a student of the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), was awarded for being 'one of the most outstanding team players' at the 2008 Novartis International Biotechnology Leadership Camp, or BioCamp, held in Hong Kong recently, said a press release.
Leading biotechnology experts and 55 selected students from top universities worldwide gathered at the camp on 24 to 27 October. BioCamp is an innovative four-day seminar that offers students real-world experience with the dynamic, and rapidly evolving world of biotechnology.
Novartis (Bangladesh) Ltd, for the development of biotechnology and shaping of leaders in Bangladesh, every year selects and sponsors gifted students through a competitive selection procedure. This year Rashidul Hasan and Kazi Ali Tahzeeb from IBA were selected. The University of Dhaka represented Bangladesh at the camp.
