Banglalink desh Music Fest '07 ends

The two-day Banglalink desh Music Fest 2007 ended at Fantasy Kingdom Saturday.
Arranged by Carnival Event Management, the programme is a segment of the ongoing charity activities of Banglalink for helping the flood-affected people across the country.
It was the largest open-air concert ever staged in the country. All major bands, music icons and label companies came forward to participate in the charity show, and almost fifty major bands and performers took part in the event.
Besides, Concord Group, Channel-I, Radio Foorti, Carnival, SAS and amadergaan.com were involved with the event as media partners. Big label companies like G-series, Sangeeta, Laser Vision, Sound Machine, Gaancheel, Impress Audio Vision Ltd and Bengal Music also engaged themselves with the humanitarian effort.
The audience expressed their unity with the objective of the event, and enjoyed the performances amid zeal and enthusiasm.
The artists and bands, performed in the last day of the event, are - Scare Crow, Club IF, Nemesis, Durbeen, The Trap, Arup Rahi, Shahjahan Munshi, Ajob, Tomosh, Metal Maze, Asif, Komol, Shahed, Azam Khan, Bangladesh, Prometheus, Yatry, Shironaamhin, Feedback, Dalchhut, Souls, and LRB.
They made announcements of donating the amount, received from the show, to the relief fund for helping the destitute flood-affected people.
