Banglalion appoints new COO

Banglalion, the leading Broadband Wireless lnternet service provider (BWA operator) in Bangladesh, announces newly appointed Mr. Shafiqul lslam as the company's Chief Operating Officer (COO) who joined Banglalion on February 02,2014.
Mr, Shafiq has sixteen years of vast experience with different companies in telco industry where he contributed to develop and implement right processes to bring effectiveness and efficiency to the business and at the same time improve the quality of services. Prior to his joining in Banglalion, Shafiq worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in Augere Wireless Broadband Bangladesh Ltd. (Qubee) for three (3) years,, He also served during 2006-2008 as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) in GrameenPhone Ltd contributing in improving customer satisfaction leading to company's business growth.
