Banks in RMG hubs remain open on July 26

All scheduled banks will keep open their readymade garment-related branches Saturday (July
26) for the convenience of payment of salaries, Eid bonus and other allowances to the workers.
Bangladesh Bank (BB) in response to the request of BGMEA suggested that scheduled banks keep open their branches in the capital, Ashulia, Tongi, Gazipur, Savar, Narayanganj and Chittagong ensuring sufficient security, said a BB release Thursday. — BSS
