Barakatullah Electro Dynamics approves 17pc stock dividend, new name

The 7th annual general meeting (AGM) of Barakatullah Electro Dynamics Limited was held at a hotel in Sylhet Thursday, said a press release.
The AGM approved 17 per cent stock dividend along with other agendas.
The proposal of new name of the company 'Baraka Power Limited' from 'Barakatullah Electro Dynamics Ltd.' has been approved in the AGM.
Chairman of the company Faisal Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director Gulam Rabbani Chowdhury and Company Secretary Mohammed Monirul Islam were present at the meeting.
