Barbara new British Council country director

Barbara Wickham will join the British Council Bangladesh as its new Country Director today (Thursday).
Ms Wickham will replace Acting Country Director Brendan McSharry, a media statement said Wednesday.
It said Ms Wickham started her career as a teacher of Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) in Cairo in 1978. Wickham joined the British Council immediately after her Master's degree and served in various countries across four continents.
