BARI SCIENTIST RECEIVES 'WORLD SOIL DAY AWARD'

Chief Scientific Officer (Soil Science Division) of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute (BARI) Dr Habib Mohammad Naser won the 'World Soil Day Award 2023'. He received the award from Agriculture Minister Dr Muhammad Abdur Razzaque at a seminar held at the BARC Auditorium recently. Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture Wahida Akter presided over the inaugural ceremony of the seminar. Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh Agricultural University Dr. Emdadul Haque Chowdhury and Executive Chairman of Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council (BARC) Dr Sheikh Mohammad Bokhtiar were present as special guests.
