Barisal by-polls: AL to sell nomination papers from Sunday

The Awami League Parliamentary Board (ALPB) has decided to sell from Sunday party nomination papers for the upcoming by-election to Barisal-5 constituency. The decision was taken at a meeting of the ALPB held at Ganobhaban in the evening with its President Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in the chair. Briefing reporters after the meeting, Prime Minister’s Special Assistant Mahbubul Hoque Shakil said the aspirants will have to collect the nomination form and submit it to the party chief’s office at Road No-3 Dhanmondi from May 4 to 6, according to a news agency.
