Barisal judge sent on forced retirement

AKM Ishtiaq Hussain, Judge at the Speedy Trial Tribunal, Barisal, was sent on forced retirement on charges of misconduct and corruption, said a Law Ministry gazette notification Monday. According to the notification, the decision was taken under the Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1985 in consultation with the Supreme Court.
